If the AI Job Kit ZIP does not match the product description or public sample, email support@jobkitai.com within 7 days of purchase and we will either fix the issue or refund the order.
We will also help if there is a duplicate charge, a broken download, or a delivery issue that cannot be resolved. Contact support with your order email so we can find the Stripe order.
AI Job Kit is an instant digital download, so refunds are limited to product-description, duplicate-charge, or delivery problems. The kit does not guarantee jobs, interviews, callbacks, or hiring outcomes.
